H.O.D. MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS

Victor Birai, the head of the media department at UKR oversees different activities in the department. He is a journalist by profession having studied a bachelor of journalism and Mass communication at Masinde Muliro University. Birai specializes in audiovisual production with experience in film production, videography, and photography. Previously, he worked as an assistant promo editor at Switch TV and programs editor and graphic designer at Sayare Tv and Radio.
